Hi everyone, I’ve been diving into the world of smart home automation lately, and I wanted to share some of my experiences and questions with the community. 
First off, I recently set up a Blink video doorbell, and I’m absolutely thrilled with how it’s enhanced my home security. However, I’ve been trying to figure out how to access the Blink Cloud to retrieve some deleted videos. I’ve scoured the app and website, but I can’t seem to find a straightforward way to log in or recover those clips. If anyone has tips or tricks on how to do this, I’d be super grateful! 
On another note, I’ve been working on integrating my Home Assistant setup with Alexa. It’s been a bit of a rollercoaster. Initially, I managed to connect everything without any filters, but that led to an overwhelming 247 devices showing up in the Alexa app. After some trial and error, I managed to filter out most of the unnecessary devices, but every time I reconnect Home Assistant to Alexa, all those devices come back. It’s like the filter doesn’t stick! Does anyone have a reliable solution for this? 
I’d also love to hear about others’ experiences with smart home automation. What’s been your biggest challenge, and how did you overcome it? Have you found any hidden gems or must-have devices that transformed your setup? I’m always on the lookout for new ideas and tips!
