I’ve been diving into the world of smart home automation lately, and it’s been an exciting journey! 
I recently purchased a set of Govee lights, including the G1 Pros, Neon Ropes, and Hexa Pros, and I’ve been experimenting with different ways to integrate them into my daily life. The vibrant colors and smooth transitions have really transformed my space, and I love how customizable they are through the Govee app. 
One thing I’ve been particularly impressed with is how easy it is to create custom scenes and schedules. For example, I’ve set up a relaxing bedtime routine where the lights gradually dim and shift to warmer tones, helping me wind down after a long day. It’s little touches like these that make smart home automation truly worthwhile. 
I’ve also been exploring WLED, which has opened up even more possibilities for customizing my lighting setup. I’ve noticed, however, that there seems to be an issue with preset fetching on the latest version of WLED. While I can still access my old presets, any new ones I create aren’t showing up in the dropdown menu. I’ve tried clearing the cache and restarting the device, but the problem persists. Has anyone else encountered this issue, or do you have any suggestions for troubleshooting? 
Another area I’ve been curious about is integrating different brands of smart devices. I’m currently using a mix of Govee, WLED, and some older Z-Wave devices, and I’d love to hear from others who’ve successfully integrated multiple brands into their ecosystems. Are there any particular hubs or platforms that make this process smoother? 
Overall, my experience with smart home automation has been overwhelmingly positive. The convenience, customization, and energy efficiency are all huge wins.
