Hey everyone! I’ve been diving into some exciting smart home innovations lately, and I wanted to share my experiences and tips with you all. 
First off, I’ve been absolutely blown away by the new features in the Govee app, particularly the ability to apply lighting themes across all my devices with just one tap. It’s such a game-changer for creating consistent and immersive lighting setups throughout my home. The music mode is a huge hit too—it really brings my music videos to life! 
If you haven’t tried it yet, I highly recommend checking it out. Govee truly rocks! 
On the other hand, I’ve been dealing with a bit of a challenge with my Wyze cameras. I’ve noticed that when sharing cameras, events aren’t being recorded as expected. It’s a bit frustrating, but I’m hopeful that Wyze will address this in future updates. I’ve been a loyal subscriber for years, so it’s a little disheartening to see these occasional hiccups. Still, I’m sticking with them for now and hoping for improvements. 
Another area I’ve been exploring is power management during outages. I’ve got a Smart-UPS 1500 connected to my server, and I’ve been trying to figure out how to delay the shutdown to save battery life. If the power goes out, I’d rather have the UPS turn off sooner so that the batteries are ready to go when the power comes back on. I’ve been digging through the settings and documentation, but it’s been a bit of a puzzle. If anyone has tips or tricks for this, I’d love to hear them! 
In terms of setup, I’ve been experimenting with grouping my cameras for easier monitoring. Being able to view multiple cameras at once has been a lifesaver, especially when I’m keeping an eye on different areas of my property. It’s amazing how much time this feature saves compared to switching between individual cameras.
