Exploring Smart Home Integration and Camera Grouping

Hey everyone! I’m diving into the world of smart home integration and wanted to share some of my experiences and questions with you all. :rocket:

First off, I’ve been experimenting with grouping cameras for a seamless monitoring setup. I’ve got five cameras all set up, but when I click on the group, they appear in a vertical chain, making it impossible to view all of them at once. Does anyone know if there’s a way to adjust the layout to display them side by side? I’d love to have a birds-eye view of my entire home without having to switch between screens! :tv::sparkles:

On another note, I’ve come across some really cool apps and tools that make managing my smart devices a breeze. For instance, I stumbled upon Node-Red, which seems to offer a more flexible automation setup compared to IFTTT. It runs locally, which I think is a big plus for security and scalability. I’m planning to integrate it with my existing setup, but I’d love to hear if anyone else has had success with it or encountered any challenges. :brain::electric_plug:

Lastly, I’ve been exploring the latest in smart lighting solutions. The Govee products have been a hit in my home, especially their RGBIC light bars. They add such a vibrant touch to my living space, and the ability to sync them with music is pure magic! :notes:ILEDance

If anyone has tips, tricks, or stories about their smart home journey, I’d love to hear them. Let’s keep the conversation flowing! :handshake::sparkles:
