I’ve been exploring ways to integrate my existing Fibaro Double Switch 2 into my smart home setup. The goal is to use it for controlling a Hue light strip without having a direct load attached. Does anyone have experience with this? I’m curious if it’s possible to create a flow where the switch triggers the light without needing a physical load. Any tips or tricks would be greatly appreciated!
On another note, I’ve been testing the ZRC-90US device for my low-voltage switch setup. It works perfectly for my needs, but I’m looking for a more cost-effective solution for multiple locations. Using all eight buttons for a single light seems excessive, but it’s a creative workaround. If anyone knows of alternative battery-powered switches, I’d love to hear your suggestions!
Lastly, I’ve encountered an issue with the PaperUI Control section not displaying the current state of my MQTT RGBWW bulbs. The brightness and color sliders remain at 0 even when the bulbs are active. I’ve double-checked my configuration files, and everything seems in order. Is this a known issue, or am I missing something in my setup? Any insights would be invaluable!
Overall, it’s been a fascinating journey experimenting with different devices and configurations. I’m excited to see how these solutions can enhance my smart home experience!
