After three and a half years of use, I noticed that accessing the inner workings for a deeper clean was more challenging than expected. Removing the cover was tricky and resulted in some damage, which made me think that Govee could enhance the design for easier maintenance. Additionally, accessing the freezing pegs for thorough cleaning required disassembling the unit, which is not ideal for regular upkeep. I believe that making these areas more accessible could significantly improve the user experience and serve as a strong selling point for future models.
