One of my most rewarding experiences has been integrating INNR bulbs into my setup. After struggling with compatibility issues using IKEA bulbs, I stumbled upon INNR and have been amazed by their seamless integration with both Home Assistant and Hue. The ability to pair them directly without headaches has been a game-changer for my lighting automation projects. I’ve since replaced most of my bulbs with INNR, and I couldn’t be happier with the results!
However, not everything has been smooth sailing. I recently encountered an issue with my Blink XT module, which stubbornly refused to connect to my home WiFi. Despite multiple attempts, including resetting the module and reinstalling the Blink app, the problem persisted. Frustrated but determined, I reached out to the community for advice. Thankfully, someone suggested checking the router’s firewall settings, and after adjusting them, the module finally connected! It was a relief, and it taught me the importance of checking all possible angles when troubleshooting.
Another area I’ve been exploring is camera settings for video recording. I’ve found that recording videos directly on my phone and uploading them to the app is the most reliable method for now. I’d love to hear if anyone has tips on optimizing video quality or if there’s a better way to handle video uploads within the app itself.
