Hello everyone, I’m excited to share my journey into smart irrigation for my greenhouse. After years of manually watering my plants, I decided it was time to automate the process. My goal is to measure soil moisture and activate the drip irrigation system only when needed, rather than relying on a timer. While I could build a custom solution with an Arduino, I’m leaning towards an off-the-shelf product for simplicity and reliability. I’m open to any recommendations, especially those that integrate seamlessly with my existing OpenHAB setup.
