I’ve been diving into the world of smart lighting and automation lately, and it’s been a fascinating journey! 
One of the highlights has been setting up my Govee RGBIC lights. I’ve noticed a significant improvement in the color accuracy and brightness compared to my old RGB strips, which is a huge plus for creating immersive lighting scenes. 
I’ve also been experimenting with smart scenes to automate my home. For instance, I’ve set up a ‘Movie Night’ scene that dims the lights, lowers the thermostat, and even adjusts the window shades for an optimal cinema experience. It’s amazing how these little tweaks can elevate everyday moments. 
Another thing I’ve been curious about is integrating different brands and devices seamlessly. I’ve heard great things about the Shelly 2.5 for controlling outlets and dimmers, and I’m planning to give it a try soon. It would be fantastic to have a central hub that can manage everything from my phone or voice commands.
