I’ve been diving into the world of smart home automation lately, and it’s been an exciting journey!
One of the highlights has been setting up my lighting system with Govee LED bulbs. Their RGB features have really transformed my space, especially with the sunset modes—I’m absolutely thrilled with how they’ve added a warm glow to my evenings. ![]()
Another area I’ve been exploring is integrating OpenHAB into my setup. I’ve been using the HABPanel view extensively, and it’s been a great way to keep everything organized. However, I’ve noticed that when trying to refresh certain graphs from Grafana, I occasionally run into issues with the duration settings. It’s a minor hiccup, but I’m curious if others have encountered the same problem or have tips to resolve it. ![]()
On the topic of smart lighting, I’ve also been experimenting with motion sensors and floodlights. It’s been a bit of a challenge figuring out how to seamlessly integrate traditional motion sensors with my smart bulbs, but I’m hopeful that with some adjustments, I can create a system that’s both energy-efficient and user-friendly. ![]()
