I’ve been diving into the world of smart lighting automation lately and wanted to share some of my experiences and tips! 
Alexa Language Settings
First off, I had an interesting situation where my child managed to set Alexa to speak Chinese! While I managed to switch it back to English, I noticed that the language and accent options in the app have become limited. Now, I only see choices for speaking rate, Original, and Nueva. I’d love to hear if anyone else has experienced this or found a workaround. 
Smart Lighting Automation
On the topic of automation, I’ve been experimenting with setting up my lights to dim based on sunrise and sunset times using the Weather app. It’s been working beautifully, but I’d love to hear if others have tips on optimizing these settings or if there are alternative apps that offer more granularity. 
Email Sender App Issue
Speaking of apps, I’ve encountered an issue with the Email Sender app where I can no longer send images, only plain text. I get an error message, and reinstalling the app didn’t help. If anyone has encountered this or knows of a fix, I’d be grateful! 
Smart Plug Integration
Another project I’m working on is integrating a new smart plug into my Homey setup. I’ve been using the Hue Smart Plug and it’s been fantastic, but I’m curious if others have recommendations for alternative plugs or have faced any challenges during setup. 
Zigbee Network Questions
Lastly, I’ve been exploring Zigbee mesh networking and have a question about how battery-powered sensors affect the network. From what I understand, only mains-powered devices can act as repeaters, but I’d love to confirm this. Does anyone have insights or resources on optimizing Zigbee range with battery-powered devices?
