Hello fellow smart home enthusiasts! I’ve been diving into the world of smart lighting and camera automation lately, and I thought I’d share some of my experiences and tips with you all. 
First off, I’ve been absolutely thrilled with the new features in the Smart Lighting app. I recently discovered that it now allows me to set lights to turn off after a period of inactivity without needing a motion sensor trigger. This has been a game-changer for me, especially in areas like hallways and bathrooms where I want energy efficiency without constant monitoring. If anyone else has tips or tricks for optimizing these settings, I’d love to hear them! 
On the camera front, I’ve been experimenting with Wyze cameras and have to say, their video quality and integration capabilities are impressive. However, I’ve noticed an issue where event recordings sometimes get disabled on their own, which is a bit concerning. I’ve had to manually re-enable them a few times, and it’s a bit of a hassle. Has anyone else encountered this, or perhaps found a workaround? 
Another project I’ve been working on is setting up a smart outlet system using Nexa plugs from Clas Ohlson. They’ve been a fantastic addition to my setup, offering both convenience and reliability. I’d recommend them to anyone looking for budget-friendly yet effective smart outlets.
