I recently came across a cool lighting automation setup that adjusts based on the Apple TV’s play/pause status, and I’m curious if this kind of integration is possible with Hubitat.
Here’s the scenario: I’d love to have my bedroom lights dim automatically when I start watching a movie on my Apple TV. The idea is to create a more immersive viewing experience. I’ve heard that this kind of automation is possible, but I’m not entirely sure how to set it up. Does anyone have experience with this?
I also wonder if there’s a way to make the lights dim to a certain percentage after a short delay, say 5 seconds, to give me time to get comfortable. And, of course, I’d want the lights to return to their original state when the movie ends.
