On a different note, I’ve been experimenting with security monitoring and ran into an issue with disarming my system. Sometimes, pressing the virtual disarm button doesn’t work as expected, and the sirens take way too long to shut off. I’ve checked my rules and logs, but nothing stands out. It’s a bit frustrating, especially during late-night alerts when I just want everything to calm down quickly. If anyone has tips on troubleshooting virtual button delays or improving disarm reliability, I’d love to hear them!
Lastly, I’m always on the lookout for new smart home gadgets. I stumbled upon the Mopeka Sonor Level Sensor and it seems perfect for monitoring my propane tank. I’m wondering if it’s compatible with my current setup, which is mostly Z-Wave and Zigbee. The sensor uses Bluetooth, but there’s a bridge available. Would it be better to go with the Bluetooth/WiFi bridge or stick with my existing hub? Any insights would be super helpful!
