Hello, Smart Lighting Enthusiasts! 
I’ve been diving into the world of smart lighting lately, and I must say, it’s been an exhilarating journey. I’ve set up a variety of LED lights around my home, from simple RGB(W) bulbs to more complex NeoPixel strips and rings. The goal? To create dynamic lighting effects that can be controlled seamlessly through my OpenHAB setup. 
While OpenHAB’s built-in color wheel is a great start, I’ve been yearning for more advanced effects—think smooth transitions, pulsating colors, and even audio-visual syncs. That’s when I stumbled upon PixelController. It seemed like the perfect tool to generate the effects I was envisioning. However, there’s a catch: I couldn’t find a direct OSC binding for OpenHAB, which would make integrating these effects much smoother. 
Here’s what I’ve been thinking about: a configurable software that allows me to set up my lights (whether they’re strips, matrices, or rings), create and customize effects, and even automate them through the OpenHAB UI. The ideal solution would support multiple protocols and controllers, and offer special effects like audio VU meters, sunrise simulations, and clock displays. 
I’d love to hear from the community—has anyone had success integrating PixelController with OpenHAB? Are there alternative tools or plugins that might fill this gap? I’m also curious about anyone’s experiences with creating custom effects or automations for their lighting setups. Let’s brainstorm together!
