Hey all, I’ve been diving into the world of smart lighting lately, and I wanted to share my experiences and a few tips I’ve picked up along the way. I recently got my hands on the Wyze Sense package, which has been a fantastic addition to my setup. The ability to automate lighting based on motion detection is truly impressive, and the integration with my existing smart home ecosystem has been seamless so far. However, I did run into a small hiccup with one of the contact sensors. Initially, it worked perfectly, but after a short while, it stopped reporting. I tried deleting and re-adding it a couple of times, and eventually, it started working again. The only thing that’s been a bit puzzling is the time stamp being off by two hours. I’m curious if anyone else has encountered this issue and how they resolved it. It’s such a minor thing, but it would be nice to get it sorted out for consistency. Anyway, I’m really enjoying experimenting with different automation scenarios and seeing how they enhance my daily routine.
