I’ve been diving into the world of smart lighting lately, and I must say, it’s been an exciting journey! 
I recently picked up a few Z-Wave switches from RobbShop, and while they’ve been a breeze to set up, I’ve encountered a bit of a hiccup with the Range Extender 7. It’s supposed to boost connectivity, but so far, nothing’s connecting through it. I’ve read about theAuthenticated/Unauthenticated settings on the developer page, but I’m not entirely sure how they play into this. Has anyone else experienced similar issues? 
I also noticed that when trying to heal the network, the extender doesn’t seem to pick up any devices, even though it has a strong signal. It’s a bit puzzling. I came across some info suggesting that connecting devices in an unsecure mode might improve range significantly. Would this be possible with Homey? I’d love to hear if anyone has tried this workaround and if it made a difference! 
On a lighter note, integrating these switches has already transformed my daily routine. Imagine coming home to a room that automatically brightens as you walk in—pure magic!
