I’ve been diving into the world of smart lighting lately, and I must say, it’s been an incredible journey! 
One of the standout products I’ve come across is the Govee smart lighting range. Their ability to create vibrant, customizable lighting scenarios has completely transformed my home. I recently purchased a set of Govee sconces for my stairs, and they’ve added such a dramatic touch to my open-plan living area. The rainbow effect they produce is absolutely stunning! 
However, I do have one minor wish—longer cords would allow me to space them out more evenly, creating a more seamless look. If anyone has tips on how to achieve this without compromising functionality, I’d love to hear them! 
Another topic I’ve been exploring is the integration of different smart home devices. I’ve been considering switching from my Nest thermostat to an Ecobee 3, mainly because of its remote sensors for better temperature distribution. But I’m torn between upgrading my Nest to the latest Gen 3 model or making the switch. Does anyone have firsthand experience with the Ecobee 3 and its performance in a smart home setup? I’d appreciate any insights!
