Hello everyone! I’ve been diving into the world of smart lighting lately, and I wanted to share my experience with the IKEA TRÅDFRI LED bulbs. These E14 bulbs are a game-changer for me, offering both dimming capabilities and adjustable light warmth. I’ve installed a few around my home, and the difference in ambiance is remarkable!
However, I’ve encountered a small hurdle while integrating them into my smart home ecosystem. My Homey doesn’t recognize these bulbs beyond basic Zigbee functionality. Instead of seeing them as smart devices, they’re just listed as simple Zigbee devices. I’m curious if anyone else has faced this issue and if there’s a workaround or a specific setting I might have missed.
I’ve tried a few troubleshooting steps, including resetting the bulbs and checking the Zigbee network settings on Homey. But so far, no luck with advanced features like color temperature adjustment or scene integration. It would be fantastic if someone could shed some light on this!
On a positive note, the bulbs themselves are performing exceptionally well.
