I’ve been diving into the world of smart lighting lately, and I must say, it’s been an exciting journey! 
I’ve been experimenting with Govee RGBIC strip lights and integrating them with my Hubitat ecosystem. The flexibility and vibrant colors these lights offer have completely transformed my home’s ambiance. However, I’ve encountered a few bumps along the way that I’d love to share and get some insights on.
One of the challenges I faced was ensuring seamless integration between Govee and Hubitat. I found that using the Hubitat-HA integration was a great start, but fine-tuning the settings to expose all the features of my Govee lights required some digging into the configuration files. For instance, I programmed my lights to shift to warmer tones in the evening to mimic sunset, which has been incredibly soothing.
