I’ve been diving into the world of smart lighting lately, and I must say, it’s been an exciting journey! 
My setup includes a mix of Govee and Zooz devices, and I’m absolutely thrilled with how they’ve transformed my space. Here’s a bit about my experience and some tips I’ve picked up along the way.
First off, the Govee mini lamps have been a game-changer for me. They not only provide beautiful, customizable lighting but also add a touch of elegance to my dartboard setup. I love how easy it is to adjust the colors and brightness to match the mood of the game. If you’re into gaming or just want some vibrant lighting, I highly recommend giving these a try! 
On the other hand, the Zooz ZEN27 switches have brought a whole new level of convenience to my home. Setting up a 3-way switch configuration was a bit tricky at first, but after updating the firmware, everything runs smoothly. I was initially worried about compatibility issues, but the integration with my Hubitat system has been seamless. The ability to control these switches via voice commands or the Hubitat app has made my life so much easier!
One thing I’d like to share is a tip for firmware updates. If you’re updating multiple Zooz devices, it might seem daunting at first. However, I found that using the Device Firmware Updater in Hubitat makes the process much simpler. Just make sure to follow the steps carefully and avoid any interruptions during the update. If you run into issues, excluding and re-including the device can help reset everything to its optimal state.
