After years of using Wemos devices, it’s time to refresh my setup, especially since Belkin is discontinuing the Wemos line. While I’ve always been a fan of Zigbee for its reliable mesh network, I’m open to exploring Z-Wave if needed.
My use case is pretty specific—I need plugs that can handle outdoor lights (in a protected enclosure) and general appliances like fans and air filters. The challenge is ensuring consistent performance across all these devices, especially since my current setup relies heavily on Wemos with some custom hacks.
