I recently decided to upgrade my home automation setup by adding some in-wall switches using SmartStart. I came across an interesting challenge while trying to add these switches. One of them, a brand-new UltraPro switch, gave me a ‘pending’ message after scanning the barcode. I reset it successfully, but the other switch, an older GE/Jasco model, was acting up. I tried resetting it multiple times, but nothing seemed to work. Frustrated, I ordered a new Zooz ZEN72 switch, hoping it would solve the issue. However, even the new switch didn’t work, giving me the same ‘pending’ message. I even tried entering all 30 DSK codes, but no luck. I’m curious if anyone else has encountered this and how they resolved it. It’s a bit puzzling, but I’m determined to figure this out! ![]()
