Hi everyone, I’m currently trying to enroll my new ZEN14 Outdoor Double Plug by Zooz using the Hubitat Android app, but I’m running into some frustrating issues. When I attempt to add the device through the SmartStart process, the QR code scan screen only appears for a fraction of a second before quickly moving on to a list of existing devices. This happens consistently on both my Samsung S24+ and MotoG phones, making it impossible to complete the enrollment process through the app.
Frustrated, I followed Zooz’s instructions, which directed me to a third-party GitHub app. However, after manually including the device through my Windows desktop, I received a warning that the mobile app wouldn’t support this type of SmartStart device. This has left me feeling stuck and unsure of how to proceed.
