I’ve been diving into the world of smart home technology, and I must say, it’s been an exciting journey! 
I recently upgraded my setup with a few new devices, including the Samsung SmartThings Hub and some Z-Wave locks from Schlage. The integration with Google Home has been seamless for most devices, but I’ve encountered a hiccup with the Schlage locks—they don’t show up in Google Home, even though they’re visible on the SmartThings app. Any insights on how to resolve this would be greatly appreciated! 
On another note, I’ve been exploring the security features of the SmartThings Hub, especially with the ADT option. Coming from Iris, I’m curious about the benefits of each platform. I’ve set up a system that triggers notifications and activates lights when a sensor is tripped, but I’m considering adding professional monitoring once everything is fine-tuned. The hub is powered by a UPS, so reliability is key for me. Does anyone have experience with both the regular and ADT SmartThings hubs? I’d love to hear your thoughts! 
Lastly, I’ve been experimenting with virtual devices to monitor temperatures in my home. It’s fascinating how these devices can enhance my setup, but I’m still learning the ropes. If anyone has tips or tricks for optimizing virtual devices, I’m all ears!
