I recently had the pleasure of integrating a few new devices into my smart home setup, and I must say, the results have been absolutely delightful! 
One of the highlights has been using the Govee Smart Icemaker, which I picked up during their recent sale. It’s been a game-changer for entertaining guests, especially with the warm weather we’ve been having. The ability to monitor and control it remotely has been a huge plus! 
Another success story I’d like to share is pairing my GE/Jasco 240v direct wire switches. Initially, I was a bit puzzled about how to get them to work seamlessly with my Hubitat setup. After some trial and error, I discovered that pressing the pairing button twice while searching for devices did the trick. It’s now a breeze to control my hot water heater and well pump from the comfort of my couch! 
I’m also curious to hear about others’ experiences with programmable timers. I’ve been eyeing a few options to replace my old pool pump timer, but I’m specifically looking for one that can operate independently of the hub. Have any of you found a reliable solution for this?
