Hi everyone, I’m currently exploring options for smart thermostats to manage heating and cooling in my vacation rental properties. The goal is to ensure guests can adjust the temperature within specific boundaries without being able to override settings unless they pay for additional services. I’ve come across the Honeywell TH8320ZW1007/U thermostat, but I’m concerned about its screen lockout feature being overridden. Has anyone had success with a Z-Wave thermostat that allows precise control and remote administration? I’d love to hear recommendations and experiences, especially with devices compatible with the VeraLite Z-Wave controller. Any insights would be greatly appreciated!
