Exploring the Govee Flow Pro Integration with Govee Dream View

Hey everyone, I just wanted to share my experience with the Govee Flow Pro H6049 and how I’m trying to integrate it with my existing Govee Dream View setup. I recently purchased two Govee Flow Pro packages and was really excited to see how they would work alongside my Govee H6198 RGBIC Backlights, which I have attached to my TV.

Initially, I assumed that I could simply add the Flow Pros to my current Dream View setup and place them in other areas of the room to enhance the overall lighting effect without using the cameras. However, it seems like the Flow Pros require the camera to function as the ‘anchor’ of the setup. This is a bit disappointing because I was hoping to use them as additional lighting elements without relying on the camera.

I’ve reached out to the Govee community to see if anyone else has encountered this issue or if there’s a workaround. If anyone has successfully integrated Flow Pros into their Dream View setup without using the camera, I’d love to hear about your experience!

On a positive note, the Flow Pros are really impressive on their own. They offer a wide range of colors and effects, and the setup process was straightforward. I’m really looking forward to experimenting more with them and seeing how I can incorporate them into my smart home setup.

If anyone has any tips or suggestions, please feel free to share. I’m always eager to learn and improve my setup! Thanks for reading, and happy smart home tinkering! :rocket:
