Exploring the Potential of TuyaGo Zigbee Repeaters

I recently decided to expand my smart home setup by incorporating a few TuyaGo Zigbee Repeaters into my ecosystem. After some research, I found these devices to be a cost-effective solution for improving my network’s reliability and coverage. While there isn’t an official driver for them, I discovered that using the IKEA TRADFRE Signal Repeater driver works perfectly. This allows my devices, including some Xiaomi sensors, to function seamlessly without any issues.

One of the challenges I faced initially was getting the repeaters recognized by my system. However, after some trial and error, I managed to configure them properly. The repeaters have significantly enhanced the range and stability of my Zigbee network, especially in areas where signal strength was previously weak.

I would love to hear from others who have experience with TuyaGo Zigbee Repeaters. Have you encountered any unique solutions or faced similar challenges? Sharing insights and tips could help us all optimize our smart home setups further. Let’s keep the discussion going and explore the full potential of these devices together!
