Hey everyone, I just wanted to share my experience with the Wyze V3 Pro camera that I recently installed. So far, the image quality has been fantastic! I mounted it on my front porch, right next to my existing V3 camera, and it’s been great to have an additional perspective. However, I’ve run into a bit of an issue that I’m hoping someone can help me with.
A few days ago, the V3 Pro stopped recording motion events altogether, even though it still detects them. My other Wyze cameras, including the V3 and V2 models, are still working perfectly, which makes this even more puzzling. I’ve tried increasing the sensitivity settings, but it doesn’t seem to make a difference. I’m wondering if this could be related to the weather conditions or if there’s a specific sensitivity threshold that needs to be adjusted. Has anyone else experienced similar issues with their V3 Pro cameras?
I’d love to hear if there are any troubleshooting steps I can take or if this might be a firmware-related problem. In the meantime, I’m keeping an eye on it and hoping for a resolution. It’s a shame because the camera itself is such a great addition to my setup!
