Hey everyone, I’ve been really diving into customizing my Home Assistant setup lately, and I’m absolutely loving the variety of themes available! Themes like catppuccin and ios-dark-mode have completely transformed the look of my dashboard. However, I’ve noticed something interesting when it comes to the history charts in these themes.
Take a look at the image below. The same entity’s history chart is shown with two different themes. The first theme makes the chart incredibly easy to read, while the second theme leaves me squinting to make sense of it. It got me thinking—what exactly determines the line colors and thickness in these charts? Is there a specific keyword in the theme that controls this, or does it borrow from a generic color scheme?
I’ve scoured through the theme configurations and even tried tweaking some CSS with the card-mod plugin, but nothing seems to give me the clarity I’m looking for. If anyone has insights or tips on how to adjust these settings, I’d be super grateful! Maybe there’s a way to manually specify the line colors or thickness to ensure better readability across different themes.
I’d also love to hear if others have encountered similar issues or have found creative solutions to enhance their chart visuals. Let’s brainstorm together and make these charts as user-friendly as possible!
Thanks in advance for your help and suggestions!
