Hi everyone, I’m really excited to share my recent experience with Vera 3 and how I’m considering using Veralite as a development system. I’ve been using Vera for a while now, and while it’s been great, I’ve run into a lot of issues with changes messing up my production setup. It’s been a bit frustrating to constantly revert changes and troubleshoot when things go wrong. That’s why I’m thinking about using Veralite as a separate development environment. I’m wondering if it’s possible to have two controllers associated with the same Z-Wave devices, as long as only one is active at any given time. I’m not entirely sure how this would work, but it would be amazing to have a dedicated space for testing and development without risking my main system. If anyone has experience with this setup or any insights, I’d love to hear your thoughts!
