I’ve been diving into the world of voice control and smart home integration, and I must say, it’s been an exciting journey! 
I recently purchased two Voice Assistant Preview Edition devices and have been using them with Gemini. So far, the experience has been fantastic—voice commands are responsive, and the integration with my existing setup has been seamless. However, there’s one area where I feel there’s room for improvement: sound quality.
The built-in speakers on these devices just don’t cut it for my needs. I’m constantly looking for ways to enhance my audio experience without compromising on the convenience of voice control. I’ve heard mixed reviews about connecting external speakers via a headphone jack, but I’m not sure if that’s the best solution. Are there any built-in devices available that offer better sound quality? I’m also curious to know when we might see a full-version release with improved speakers. Months or years? I’m hopeful it’s sooner rather than later!
In the meantime, I’ve started experimenting with MusicAssistant and my YouTube Music account. It’s been a fun way to explore music streaming options, but I’m still on the hunt for affordable speakers that have Chromecast built-in and a headphone jack. If anyone has recommendations or tips, I’d love to hear them!
Another thing I’m exploring is the integration of my Samsung Windfree Split Air conditioner with OpenHAB. I found a binding for OH2.5, but I’m wondering if anyone has successfully migrated it to OH3. Any insights or advice would be greatly appreciated!
