Exploring Water Resistance in Smart Watches

Hey everyone, I’ve been curious about how smart watches handle water exposure. I recently took my watch into the shower and noticed some unexpected behavior—it seemed to detect water droplets as screen touches! :wc: This got me thinking: is there a way to put the watch into a ‘water mode’ where it only responds to wrist raises and not screen touches? I imagine this would be super handy for activities like swimming or playing with my dog at the park. :paw_prints:

I’ve heard that some devices allow for such customization, but I’m not sure how feasible it is for my watch. I’d love to hear if anyone has found a workaround or if there are any upcoming features that address this. It would be awesome to have a triple-click button shortcut to exit this mode, making it even more user-friendly. :hammer_and_wrench:

If anyone has tips or tricks for managing water interactions with their smart devices, I’d be thrilled to learn more! Let’s keep the conversation flowing.
