I’ve been diving into the world of smart home devices lately, and I’m thrilled to share my experiences and some tips I’ve picked up along the way.
Recently, I’ve been experimenting with using the Wyze Cam in my classroom to help students review their presentations. It’s been a game-changer for their self-assessment! 
I’ve found that continuous filming with Wyze Cam is not only effective but also user-friendly. However, I’m curious if others have tried editing these recordings without professional software. Any recommendations would be awesome! 
On another note, I’ve been exploring the integration of Plugwise Anna with my Homey setup. While it was initially a breeze to connect, I’ve encountered some hiccups post-update. 
The good news is, after a bit of troubleshooting, I managed to get it back online by resetting both devices. If anyone else is facing similar issues, I’d recommend trying a power cycle first before diving deeper into the settings.
I’m also excited about the possibility of connecting my Wyze Gun Safe to the Google Home ecosystem. It would simplify the experience significantly, especially for those who rely on voice commands for convenience.

One thing I’ve noticed across these devices is the importance of a stable network connection. Ensuring that all my gadgets are on the same local network has made a world of difference in reliability. 
I’m now considering setting up a dedicated POE switch to power my cameras, which should streamline things even further.
Lastly, I’m always on the lookout for innovative ways to use my smart home devices. For instance, setting up a scheduled timelapse with my Wyze Cam to capture the daily changes in my garden has been incredibly rewarding.
