I’ve recently added a Wyze Cam Floodlight to my outdoor security setup, and I must say, the installation process was surprisingly straightforward. The camera itself is sleek and unobtrusive, blending seamlessly into my backyard decor. The floodlights are a nice touch, providing ample illumination without being overly bright.
However, I stumbled upon an interesting issue during setup. After powering up the camera, the floodlights came on and refused to turn off, even after adjusting the brightness settings or performing a factory reset. This was a bit puzzling, as my first installation went off without a hitch. I’ve reached out to Wyze support, and I’m hopeful they’ll provide some clarity.
In the meantime, I’ve been exploring the camera’s features, and I’m impressed by its motion detection and night vision capabilities. It’s definitely a solid addition to my security system. If anyone has encountered similar issues or has tips for troubleshooting, I’d love to hear them!
