Hi everyone! I’ve been diving into the world of smart home devices lately, and I’m absolutely thrilled with how much I’ve been able to automate around my home. Today, I wanted to share my experience with the Wyze Cam v3 and how it’s helping me keep track of my garage door. 
So, here’s the deal: I don’t need anything too fancy. I just want to be alerted if I leave my garage door open. I came across the Wyze garage door controller, and it mentioned using the Wyze Cam v3. My first thought was, ‘Does this mean I need the controller, or can I just use the camera itself?’ Turns out, you don’t need the controller at all! The Wyze Cam v3 can detect motion and send alerts directly to my phone. 
I set it up a few days ago, and it’s been a game-changer. Now, if I accidentally leave the garage door open, I get an immediate notification. It’s such a simple solution, but it’s made my life so much easier. Plus, the integration with my existing smart home setup has been seamless.
