Exploring Wyze Camera Group Issues and Govee Product Tips

Hey everyone, I’ve been diving into the world of smart home devices and wanted to share some of my experiences and questions. First off, I’ve been using Wyze cameras for about a year now, and they’ve been fantastic. However, recently I’ve noticed an issue with the Android app when trying to view multiple camera groups. The app seems to hang after a few groups, especially when it’s been open for a while. It’s a bit frustrating because all the cameras work perfectly otherwise. I’ve tried restarting the app and navigating through the groups in different orders, but the problem persists. Has anyone else encountered this or have any suggestions? I’d love to hear your thoughts!

On a more positive note, I’ve been really impressed with Govee products. Their LED lights and sensors are top-notch, and I’ve found them to be very reliable. I recently picked up a Govee Hubitat and have been experimenting with custom rules. It’s been a great learning experience! If anyone has tips or tricks for optimizing their Govee setups, I’d be happy to hear about them.

Another thing I’m curious about is the integration of different smart home devices. I’ve been trying to set up a system where my Fibaro Motion Sensor controls a light via a Fibaro Double Switch using direct associations, but I’m hitting a wall. I’ve followed the manual’s instructions, but the lights aren’t responding as expected. Has anyone successfully set up a similar system? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Overall, I’m really enjoying the journey of building my smart home ecosystem, even with the occasional bumps in the road. It’s amazing how these devices can enhance our daily lives when everything works smoothly. I’m looking forward to hearing from the community and learning more about everyone’s experiences and solutions!
