Exploring Wyze Color Bulbs for a Better Sleep Routine

I’ve recently started using the Wyze Color Bulbs in sun match mode, and I must say, it’s been a game-changer for my nightly routine. As someone who struggles with falling asleep, especially after a long day, these bulbs have made a significant difference. I’ve been turning off all my electronics and dimming the bulbs way down in both my bedroom and living room to create a calming environment. However, I’ve been wondering if there’s a way to automate this process without manually adjusting the app every time.

I’m in a 600 sqft senior apartment, so navigating through phone apps can be a bit challenging. If anyone has tips or tricks on how to schedule the brightness changes or automate the on/off functionality, I’d greatly appreciate the advice. It would be amazing to have this set up so I don’t have to fiddle with the app every night.
