Hi everyone, I’m really excited about the Wyze Mesh Router and its device management features. I’ve been reading through the documentation, but I’m still a bit unclear on how exactly it works. From what I understand, the router allows you to block devices from accessing your Wi-Fi, which sounds a lot like a MAC filter. However, I’m hoping it goes beyond that.
I’m looking for a way to whitelist specific devices instead of having to constantly monitor and block unwanted devices. This would be a huge time saver for me, as I often find unknown devices connected to my network. Does the Wyze Mesh Router support this kind of whitelist functionality?
I’d love to hear from anyone who has experience with this feature. How does it work in detail? Is there a way to set up a short list of allowed devices and ensure that only they can connect? Any insights or tips would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance for your help.
