Hi everyone, I’m excited to share my journey of integrating my Xiaomi smart home devices with a NUC setup! 
I’ve been using Xiaomi products like the humidifier and temperature monitor for quite some time now, and they’ve been fantastic. However, I’m looking to expand my system beyond Xiaomi, and I want to ensure that all my devices can work seamlessly together.
I’ve heard that a Bluetooth dongle attached to a NUC can act as a Bluetooth gateway for Xiaomi devices. Has anyone successfully implemented this? I’m curious about the setup process and any potential limitations. Would this allow me to control all my Xiaomi devices through Home Assistant without needing a dedicated Bluetooth gateway? Any insights or tips would be greatly appreciated!
