However, during recent heavy weather events, I noticed discrepancies in wind speed and direction readings. It turns out the nearest weather station wasn’t providing reliable data. After some research, I discovered a more accurate station a few miles away. I’m now exploring ways to force the binding to prioritize this station, ensuring my automations and alerts are based on the most reliable data available.
Video Playback Optimization
Another area I’ve been focusing on is optimizing video playback for my surveillance system. The ability to review past events is crucial, but navigating through recordings to find specific moments has been a bit cumbersome. I’m curious if anyone has implemented a solution for entering exact timestamps or enabling faster playback speeds. This would significantly enhance the user experience and make troubleshooting events more efficient.
Alexa Device Configuration
Lastly, I’ve been working on refining my Alexa setup. Ensuring devices are correctly located and configured for hands-free operation has been a priority.
