Hey everyone, I’m diving into the world of Z-Wave devices and wanted to share some of my experiences and questions. I recently came across a situation with my Fibaro FGK-101 door/window sensors where both units aren’t showing up correctly in my ISY setup. One was installed a long time ago and appears in the device list but never updates its status, which is pretty frustrating. The other unit, which I just added, doesn’t show up at all. I’ve tried troubleshooting by updating my ISY firmware and checking debug logs, but nothing seems to resolve the issue. Has anyone else encountered this and found a solution? I’m also curious if there’s a chance I accidentally hid the device during setup, causing it not to appear again.
On a different note, I’ve been exploring ESPHome updates and noticed that sometimes updates can’t be skipped. I’m wondering if there’s a workaround or a way to manage these updates more effectively without disrupting my current setup.
