I’ve been exploring options to replace one of my outdoor switches with a Z-Wave switch connected to my Hubitat Elevation. The current setup has a cover and is located under our patio. I’m curious if a regular Z-Wave switch would work in this environment or if I need a specific outdoor-rated model. I came across some discussions where users mentioned successfully using Z-Wave switches outdoors, but I’m still unsure about the best approach. If anyone has experience with this or recommendations, I’d appreciate the insight!
