Hey everyone! I’ve recently transitioned my Z-Wave thermostat from SmartThings to Hass.io using the Aotec Stick, and it’s been working smoothly with the Dual card. However, I’ve noticed something peculiar with Google Home. The thermostat shows up as four separate entities: Cooling 1, Cooling Econ, Heating 1, and Heating Econ. I find this a bit confusing, especially since I don’t use the Econ modes. I was wondering if there’s a way to consolidate these into a single entity in Google Home. This would make controlling the temperature much more straightforward, especially when I want to set the downstairs temp to 72 or adjust the heating without dealing with multiple entities. Has anyone encountered this before or have any tips on how to streamline this setup? I’m really hoping to simplify my smart home experience without compromising functionality.
