Exploring Zigbee Integration for Philips Hue Lights

As a new user to Home Assistant, I’m thrilled to share my journey of integrating Zigbee into my smart home setup. My goal is to control my Philips Hue lights seamlessly, and while I’ve read through the official documentation at zigbee integration guide, I’m curious about the hardware requirements and alternatives for those who might not want to purchase additional devices like a USB stick.

I currently own an Echo Plus and wonder if it can serve as a bridge for Home Assistant. Is there a way to integrate another hub with Home Assistant to leverage existing devices? I’m also exploring the possibility of using the Echo Plus alongside my current setup without needing extra hardware.

If anyone has successfully integrated Zigbee lights without additional hardware or has tips on using an Echo Plus as a bridge, I’d love to hear about your experiences! Your insights could help me (and others) achieve a smooth integration without extra costs.

Looking forward to your thoughts and tips! :rocket:
