Hi everyone! I’m reaching out to seek advice on expanding my Zigbee network to cover the garage, which is located on the ground floor of my house. I live on the top floor, and while my current setup works well in the front of the house, it doesn’t reach the garage. I’ve tried testing the range, and unfortunately, the garage remains out of reach.
I do have a computer network connection in the garage via a UTP cable from my home, which might be useful. I’m considering whether to set up a second Zigbee network or if there’s a cheaper alternative. I’m hoping to avoid creating a separate network if possible, so I’m open to any suggestions or tips the community might have.
If anyone has experience with similar situations or has successfully extended their Zigbee network, I’d greatly appreciate your insights! Thanks in advance for your help!
