I’m having an issue with the volume on an automation on my G410. I want my doorbell to say “Welcome home” when it detects my face, but the sound from the doorbell is so low that I have to put my ear about 20 cm away to hear it. The automation volume is set to 100%, yet it’s still barely audible.
Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this?

Open the Aqara Home App, navigate to your G410 device settings page, then go to Doorbell Settings > Ringtone Settings > Ringtone Volume, and select “Device Volume” to tweak it. Sometimes the automation volume is linked to this main device volume slider, so giving this a boost might make the message clearer.

Well then. If anyone is interested, I can write it here so you know. The thing is that I need to change the ‘indoor chime volume’ for the outdoor device to become louder. Not really logical, one might think, and I hope that Aqara fixes this.
