Ezlo Plus Include/Exclude Mode Challenges with Multiple Devices

I’ve been gradually migrating my devices from Vera Secure to my main Ezlo Plus unit, but I’m running into some significant issues with the include/exclude process. It’s been quite a journey, and I’m hoping the community might have some insights or solutions.

Initially, everything worked smoothly with my test unit, which only has a couple of devices. However, as I’ve added more devices to my main unit—now over 52 devices—the include/exclude process has become incredibly unreliable, with a failure rate of around 95%. It’s incredibly frustrating, especially when I know it’s directly related to the number of devices on the controller.

I’ve tried troubleshooting by restarting the app, switching between include and exclude modes, and even resetting the LED, but nothing seems to consistently resolve the issue. It’s gotten to the point where I dread adding new devices because I know it’s going to be a lengthy and frustrating process.

Interestingly, my second unit with around 21 devices has a 50% success rate, which is better but still far from ideal. My main unit, however, is barely functional with only a 5% success rate. I’m wondering if there’s a limit to how many devices the Ezlo Plus can handle effectively or if there’s a workaround to improve the include/exclude process.

Has anyone else experienced similar issues with multiple devices on their Ezlo Plus units? I’d love to hear if there are any tips or tricks to make this process smoother. It’s a shame because I really like the potential of Ezlo Plus, but this issue is making it challenging to fully adopt it.

Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Let’s see if we can figure this out together.
