Failed to add My Aqara A100 Pro to Aqara Homekit

Been try to add my Aqara A100 pro smart lock into my Aqara Homekit yet the door lock is not found. Try to reset and scan the QR and it show invalid QR. Feel like biggest scam and how this product really not users friendly. Search through google or YouTube and there is no proper tutorial to do this. Aqara you can do better than this but you just want to make your customer frustrated. I even purchased the G3 hub but it not helping to connect the door lock at all.

Good evening @adam_genie , to connect the lock to Aqara home, you need to select the Mainland China region in the Aqara app settings and then you can connect it to the app step by step following the prompts on the screen.

Hello, A100 Pro is only suitable for use in Mainland China, if you use it outside of Mainland, we recommend you to purchase A100 Zigbee.
